Hola Emanuel!
The chassis and frame numbers are known to be different. That is normal.
On the chassis, RC04 refers to a CB750F motorcycle from 1979 to 1982. However, the serial number (the digits after "RC04") usually start with the number "2" not "1". Perhaps you already knew this and that is why you are asking. But that maybe based on U.S. only.
On the engine, RC01E refers to a CB750K motorcycle from 1979 to 1982. There should be a serial number too. Is there any evidence that someone filed the number off?
My best guess is the motorcycle is a 1979 CB750FZ, the "Bol d’Or"
