Crash Bar and forward foot rests for 1980 CB750 Custom

Does anyone have a parts source for 1980 CB750 Custom crash bars and forward foot rests?  It seems hard to find the right parts for the DOHC.  Most suppliers have SOHC parts.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
