Deletion of stock air box and breathers

FlatheadFrank
So I am removing(ed) the stock air box....now I have the breather line coming off of my carbs pugged and the uptake/EGR hose(s) looped from one side if my crankcase to the other.....is there a better solution to this and/or will this cause issues with tuning or long term use.

You cannot plug the "breather" line.

IT is a vent line and if you plug that your carbs will not be able to get gas from the float bowl.

You cannot plug ANY breather line as it will have negative consequences.

the bike does start and run....I am having issues with the carbs (pissin' all over my garage when the petcock is on), but I believe that is do to the needles sticking in the seats after being exposed to atmosphere for about two weeks, they are still due a rebuild, but here arebike in general"breather" with hi tech plug"looped" erg hoses.....these went from air box "y" and back"breather" point of origin or terminus however you want to look at it pictures as requested.

With your crankcase vent like that, you are going to have oil blowing out every place. You need to have a vent! Several places sell little vents that go right on those lines. Or you can use a fuel filter on the vent to keep the bad stuff out.
