A few months ago I met a guy at the Honda dealer here. He was looking for CB 750 parts, so I gave him my number. He called the other day, and we got talking. Turns out he is in the locale "Carpenters and Joiners" union. I told him that I had been wanting a part time job, and he hooked me up with the union to be a (wait for it..............) STAGE HAND
for events in Kansas City.
They called me tonight, and my first gig is tomorrow setting up for a BIG Name Band doing a concert this weekend. Unfortunately even though it is a big name band, and a lot of people seem to like them, I DON'T.
Oh well maybe one of my faves will come soon.

Have to go back tonight to take it apart. I was told it only take 2-3 hours to take it all apart, but will get paid for at least 4 hours, and since it will go past midnight it will be time, and a half.
