Engine Paint??

stadtj
I have a 76 CB750 I am restoring. The engine has a lot of corrosion on it. I would like to clean up the engine case and paint it black. What type of paint should I use. I don't want it to burn or flake off.

VHT engine enamel. You can get it at any auto parts store. I like to clean the engine first with Easy-off oven cleaner at the local car wash. It gets all the nasty stuff off.

What tools said. You need a high temp paint, the higher the better. Just remember that your prep work is just as important as the paint.
