Fuel lines

Just finished building a 1969 cb750, not sure how to run fuel lines to petcock, have it set up with two t-fittings
Any other ideas?.

It should have two lines from the carbs going to the two fittings on the petcock.

I thought  one side of the petcock was on and the other was reserve fuel.

Funny I just had a conversation with a guy at the HOMA show here in Kansas City today about this. He thought the same thing. The reserve is built into the petcock, not the carbs. One line feeds carbs #1, #2. The other line feeds carbs #3, #4. If you remove the petcock it will have two holes in it: one will have a tube sticking out about 3 inches. This is the main. Then the hole that is flush on the petcock is the reserve. When the fuel gets to the top of the tube, all the gas below it is your reserve.
