All these reviews end the same!It;s killing me!They always brag about the CB750 being a trendsetter,touting the smoothness of the engine and then turn around and call them boring.No way you can ride one and get bored!

Saw that before and it still floors me that it is "boring". Sure, being really fast might be fun, for about 50 miles till things break down! I did 500 in a day and never even had a misfire. Yeah, I will take "boring" any day!
The ride IS the adventure. The destination is just to get gas!

Reliability must not have been part of the motorcycling environment.  Many's the day I'd be fiddling with the carbs or the ignition on an old Triumph Bonneville, just trying to get the thing running. Same with other guys and their Harleys, fixing oil leaks and/or carbs and so on.

My Shadow has self-adjusting valves.  One less thing to mess with.  Water cooled.  One less thing.  Shaft drive.  One less thing.

Yup, reliability sure is boring, but riding instead of tinkering is not boring.
