HELLO NEWBIE Jappa

Jappa
Hi guys,
I have just been given a one owner 1976 K6 to look after.....the first owner passed away recently and his wife just knew she had to give me Jappa's bike.

I have never owned an old bike and Jappa's ride is in need of some TLC to get her back to her former state.
Jappa used to hang around with the Perth motorcycling community in the 70's and 80's.....including outlaw bikers...Jappa was accepted because of his ability to swing a spanner and in spite of him owning one of "those " Jap bikes. Jappa was a top bloke and I only met him once at his mother in laws funeral....but I have been charged with the restoration of his only prized possession...his 750 Four.

You see Jappa wants to go riding again and he tells me the 750 can run much better....so first off I reckon we need to get that motor freshened up.

I would love to enlist the help of this forum and it's members.

The bike is in Brisbane Australia.

Cheers  RogerJappa's ride
