I don't have cancer but I plan to take that trip in two summers.
'Course, I was going to rid eto the east coast this summer but Thrusday was asked to help out with a planned trip to Africa [they need a sponsor/leader] so I figure to go there instead -- after all, I can ride next year, but how often do you get to go to Africa???

My daughter went to Africa two years ago. From what she told me about it, I doubt I would want to go to Africa.

Added it the ol Netflix cue. I'll check it out. Me and Pops are thinking about riding up through Wisconsin, going through the U.P. and down the west coast of Michigan this Summer. That might as well be Canada!

Oh man, I wish I could find the link. One of the motorcycle forums had a guy who posted 37 pages of pics with a dozen pics PER PAGE of his week or two ride through Wisconsin. He highlighted every good motorcycle road, most all of the scenic stops, and tons of the tourist traps. (the kind you WANT to go see). It took me over 4 hours to read it all as he had a paragraph of information with EACH picture! I gotta find that link...

If you do that, let me know! I'm in Holland, MI (Just south of Grand Haven) and my dad lives 5 miles from me. I'm about to start biking, and he's been biking for quite a while.

ya, gonna be interesting. working with AIDS orphans. lots of young children who live in orphanages or with grandparents. little food.
sad thing: one of the beliefs is that if an adult male with AIDS has sex with a young virgin the AIDS will be cured. so you have pubescent children now with the disease as well.

Just finished the movie. I thought it was pretty good. I did kinda laugh to myself that it seemed like he never got that bike over 55mph!
