Head gaskets

Lemon Grove, Ca.
So, Its not that I'm cheap (actually worse than that if u ask my old lady) ,I just like to get what I pay for.

That being said I have seen a large span of pricing in the cost of a new head gasket. There are many diff companies manufacturing them.

Anyone have experience or can suggest what brand to go with that is reasonably priced and will hang in there?  Or is OEM the way to go and forget the others.

Thanks in advance

Mike

MLS gaskets for auto require specific machining processes to seal properly. I don;t know about bikes, but I'd imagine the technology is still the same. You might have extra costs involved there that you might need to research.

A bit of decking on the head maybe, depends on how warped everything is, but the additional thickness of the gasket negates the loss.
