  Wait a minute Don't tell me you don't have a clutch either
You have strong legs  right
 I use arm signals always
May occasionally use a finger signal for those with bad eye sight
 You wont need all that till your ready for the road,Just check the wires,that power is there.

Well, unless I'm mistaken, that particular buzzer may be overkill. 95Db is a lot, especially at idle. I have no idea if it'll work outdoors. But you get the idea: fairly low current draw, connects across the flasher terminals.

Can you retro fit kick starters 2 bike's that came with battery only (82 cb750K) ?

Anything is possible, but realistically, no.
1979 CB750K (sold, 2012, but not forgotten)
1983 Kawasaki 440 LTD Belt Drive (sold, 2011)
