Help me find this which model Honda CB is this?

I have just registered on the forum and introduce myself as farooq from india and presently working in KSA for ferrari.
I have found this Honda Cb in one warehouse along with some other bikes.
Only colud manage to get the chassis number picture.
From the four cylinder inline engine its clear that it a CB-750 or maybe someother model as the side covers are missing on it.
Please help me to decide which model and year is it.

That is one dirty bike. I can not make out the beginning of the vin in the pictures. Also there should be a tag riveted to the other side of the neck with more information on it.

Can you take a picture that shows the rest of the bike? That might be an easier indicator to help answer your question.

This post lists a lot of the serial numbers for CB750s - http://honda-cb750-s.456789.n3.nabble.com/Anyone-know-what-bike-this-is-tp3903401p3903577.html.

I don't see any that start with RC02.

Maybe it's a CB900 or CB650. It must be 79 or later, that's when they started using the RC codes at the beginning of the serial number.

Dear all thanks for your inputs.
And sorry for the delay to post the picture.
Actually the bike is too far from my place and getting there needs a lot of patience.
This is a barn find you can say after seeing this pictures.
There are simliar bikes of this kind(4 inline) and will post the pictures of that later which are incomplete thus i found this bike in pictures to be complete with eveything intact.
as i was said these bikes belonged to police dept.
Am attaching the pictures and need experts advice pros and cons.
