Horn Help. Please!

Howdy,

I have a 81 cb750c. When I purchased the bike the horn(s) had been removed. I am now searching for the wiring to install a horn and I am not having any luck. I am poking around the wires in the headlight bucket looking for a wire that lights up when i press the horn button. I have the ignition on.

Someone help!

What color are the wires?

It's green/white according to the diagram and I believe it will be hot with the key on. The horns ground through the horn button.

Found them! Thanks, Polymer! Someone had permanently grounded the horn wiring?!?!?! It took a while to figure out why the horn was constantly showing ground...
