Tire or wheel?

If you're trying to replace the tire yourself, there are lots of helpfull How-to video's on Youtube.
If you mean the wheel, Piute is spot-on

sorry DIDN'T THINK tire replacment,
practice on a bad tire& wheel 1st,and the more you know about the tire the better,
SOME are made to be done by hand (due to compound)and market that fact.
