Always, ALWAYS, ask to speak to a supervisor.  The morons at the DMV usually only know how to do a limited number of procedures.  The bright people at the DMV will REFER you to their supervisor when they don't know what to do.  If you are a AAA member, (here in California anyway) you can get a lot done in their office.  They usually have more incentive to help.  By all means keep cool.  Pissing off a G.E.D. hopeful security guard can get you in lotsa trouble.

Well,technically,maybe it was. I dont really go for the whole politically correct thing,though. The way I see it,I was the punk bothering the lady he works with daily so he needed to reign me in-I'm cool with that. If I see some guy that I dont know getting loud with someone I work with and have a personal relationship with,I'd step in too.Been there,done that. It's not really a big deal to me. Besides,a security guard that is not allowed to touch people seems like a waste of a paycheck to me. If the poor guy is expected to step in where there is trouble,he should at least be allowed to bust some heads when the need arises. Otherwise,you're not really a security guard,just a guy begging adults to play nice.LOL Thats pretty sad. Modern day USA of so full of wimps it's just pitiful.
