I'm new! :)

coffeegod
Hey all! Been a long time since I participated in a forum. I technically have 3 CB750's. Currently working on my 82' CB750C, bought it for $150. Burns blue really bad out the left side and has a knock in the motor. I literally just got down to the pistons today and the third cylinder seems to feel fairly loose on the crank shaft. I'm assuming the connecting rod bearing is shot. Also bought a 80' CB750F that ran in to a truck for another $150 that I have yet to pick up. And the third bike is an old SOHC chopper that I can't wait to work on. Has the old Amen frame and twisted springer front end. I'm still pretty new with bikes but I'm having fun learning. I'll try and get some photo's up.

Welcome! Seems like you have caught the bug. No cure! You can only treat the symptoms, by obtaining more CB 750's
What are the chains for on the Amen?

All 3of them look nice, but the chopper IS sweet! I'm guessing the chain is to keep it from running away from home.

Thanks all! Yeah we kind of lived in a shady neighbourhood the other year and I was scared it would roll away so I chained it up to the steel guard rail. It's all torn down now, the SOHC motor was blown so I'll be looking for another one once I can get the 82' on the road for this spring to ride.... I hope!
