Those are the 69-76 K calipers, and you should not need a rebuild kit. They just have a rubber ring in them, and I have not seen a bad one yet. Just clean the caliper, and reassemble it. I like to use a little wire wheel on my dreamel tool to clean the inside, especially the grove that the seal goes into. However if for some reason you do need the rubber seal, vintagecb750.com has them.

You can get that seal off ebay for about $6-8 shipped. Might be cheaper than vintagecb750, I don't know. How does your piston look?

Not sure how anything looks I just know from what I seen that they need to be painted. so I was just going to freshen up the whole front end starting with forks/fork tubes which are going to get powder coated/ new fork springs and what ever else I need off of vintagecb750. and redo the calipers. Can they be power coated as well or will I need to can bomb them?

Brake fluid eats paint right off, so I would recommend powder coating.

That just tells you the size of the hole. Just like the dimension of the cylinder, and piston in your engine. The bigger the bore, the more powerful it is.

Either would work great, as long as you do not mind overpaying. You would better off spending money on braided stainless steel brake lines. The lines have a lot to do with braking. BTW my favorite master cylinder is the rectangular Kawasaki brake master cylinder from the 80s-90s bikes. You want the one that has "5/8" on the underside. Rebuild kits are cheap, and they are super easy to rebuild.

I got a cheap Chinese master cylinder off ebay for my Goldwing (which also has dual front disks) works great.

It's sort of link this one: http://www.ebay.com/itm/HONDA-CX500-CB650-CB750-F-VF750-CB900-GL1100-GOLDWING-CBX-BRAKE-MASTER-CYLINDER-/131177740300?pt=Motorcycles_Parts_Accessories&hash=item1e8acd780c&vxp=mtr

I didn't have time to do a better search but there are some out there that cost less than this one.

By the way, you'll want one with a 5/8 inch or 15.8 MM (or greater) bore for dual disks. The 12 to 14 MM are for single disks. You'll also want one for 7/8" inch bars.
