If memory serves, the mixture settings may be a bit different between the K and the F, due to the F's freer-breathing exhaust.  But I agree: the carbs should be the same.

Good afternoon... How about between 1981 and 1982 (same question)
I have a 1982 CB750C and am about to to a complete teardown of the carbs, and am finding loads of '81 F repair kits, but not so many '82 C kits... I am looking to replace EVERY O-ring, gasket, jet, etc. in these babies, including replacing all the screws with hex heads... nice soak in parts cleaner then rebuild... I want them to look and perform like brand new.
Any suggestions/where to buy, etc. would be quite helpful!

Thanks for the tip, Lucky

I downloaded and printed out a DIY which details the complete disassembly/reassembly of the carb bank to perform an in-depth cleaning... I don't recall the butterflies being removed, but if it says to do so, I'll probably skip that step.  I spent 7 years working on bikes as a profession and never went that deep into them, but this is MY bike, and I want it to sparkle!

Also looking to change out front and rear end to have better suspension and wheels... Any of the F- models have an easy swap out?  F1, F2,etc?  Looking to build a cafe style ride.
