I was searching for some .4 mm drill bits today, and was trying different keyword searches on e-bay. One of the keyword searches was ".4 mm" Some of the items that came up really surprised me, and I thought I had pretty much seen it all. So for fun put ".4 mm" into an e-bay search.

I just get stuff on drill bits, pens, and some maker bot stuff (reprap). Maybe you have Google personal search on, so it's remembering your prior search history....

Im either not seeing the joke, or not getting it.

If you havent found the bits your looking for, Harbour Freight has a small metric assortment. DON'T BUY THEM. They are junk. I also needed some .4mm bits not too long ago. Figured out they are very close to 1/64". Depending on your drilling accuracy, you may never no the difference. You'll have a hard time measuring the difference. Unless you have some very accurate machinery to drill with, you might also consider getting a pin vice to drill with them by hand.
