Lose front wheel

Rusty Spokes
Hey Tools! I the front wheel has a little play in it as in it moves to the left or right. I's there a spacer or something that hold's the wheel from sliding?

It's not supposed to move. The wheel should be locked onto the axle by the nut thing on the left side. You can look at the parts diagram at Western Hills Honda and see what might be missing.
