Plugs 2 and 3 look about the best to my eyes. Maybe a little bit rich, but close enough. You're looking for a very light brown on the insulator, and a light rust color on the center and side electrodes.
If you do a Google search for "spark plug color chart" with or without "motorcycle" in the bar, you'll find lots of images of what different conditions look like from a spark plug standpoint.
Also, almost every Haynes manual has a similar chart in there somewhere, mostly in the car manuals. I'll have to check my CB750 manual to be sure. Based on what I saw, they don't look too bad.
The best way to check the health of your motor is to put in a set of plugs, then run a "plug chop". This is done by revving the motor to redline in each gear, and when you max out in top gear, pull in the clutch, switch off the motor, and brake to a stop. This exposes the plugs to everything from idle to WOT (wide open throttle) in lightly loaded and heavily loaded conditions. You can search our forum for "plug chop" to see how it's done.
