New member just got 81 750

Hey everyone new to the site.  Just bought a 1981 750.  Runs good.  Only problem I have found is speed wobble at low speeds.  If anyone has had this problem please let me know what you had to do to get it fixed.  I am in the Austin Texas area so if anyone is around this are let me know maybe we can ride sometime!

Welcome Jason! I don't know if we have anyone around Austin but we got people that do road trips so you never know.
Your low speed wobble could be a couple things. Do you know how old the tires are? On the sidewall will be series of number and letters. At the end of this string should be a molded circle that should have 3 numbers in it. The first 2 numbers stand for the week the tire was built, the last is the year. If you have a 4 number tire, replace it immediately as it is over 10 years old. Tires should, on average, be replaced every 7 years as the rubber gets hard and you suffer traction loss.

After that, you may need to lube the balls in the neck.

I would start here first.
The ride IS the adventure. The destination is just to get gas!

Welcome to the forum. I agree with Re-run. Check the tires first. Also since you are in Austin, How about going to The Spider House, and having a beer, for me

Tires are new.  I took it this morning and dropped her off at the dealer.  Hopefully they will find the issue.

I'm sure the dealer will figure out the problem. My next suggestion, for you would have been to jack up the bike, and check the wheels, for round. Then check the steering stem bearings, swing arm bearings, and wheel bearings,
