Welcome to the forum. The Honda CB 750 SOHC is probably the second most popular motorcycle ever built. Parts, for them are easy to find, and are usually reasonably priced.
Now about that bike. It is well worth the money with all the extras it has. Red at Cycle-one builds one of the best frames money can buy. I also like that it has had duel disc breaks installed. It would not take much to have that bike on the road.

Thanks for having me. I'm wanting to build my knowledge about bikes since I don't know anything as is.
Say if I had a stator problem it wouldn't be hard to get a hold of such parts like that? Id really hate to be off the road for more than a day if that happened! :P.
When he says its a Cycle one frame...Rigid frame. Whats he mean by that?
Also would getting the motor Polished, Chromed and rebord be costly?

Here is a like to Cycle-one. It should tell, you everything about them. Red, and Kate Good own the company, and are the nicest people, you will ever meet. They would be happy to answer any questions, you would have about their products. As, for parts. There are several sites selling new parts. We have a listing on the forum of just about every site there is. Also ebay is full of parts. Do a search, for stators, and it will come up with several. Now about polishing, chrome, and cylinder boring. Polishing is cheap. Do it yourself. Chrome is expensive no mater what bike it is, for. Boring depends on where, you go. Whats expensive is the pistons, and rings. However the CB 750 engine is very reliable, and can go well over 100,000 miles without needing an overbore. I know of one myself with over 200,000 miles, and still going. Most overbore s done on these bikes are just to install larger pistons (836cc kits), for more power.

All this info sounds really awesome and I'm more confident on this build now when I do buy this bike. Hope to have help along the way if I tent to hit a few snags which I know I will, Maybe the shop im working in has a polisher. I plan on stripping it down to frame and repainting that as well as the tank and rear fender and leaving off the front fender. Looks like from the ad though i'll be needing a seat.

Tools-you said the CB 750 SOHC is the second most popular bike.  What is your opinion about the first?

The little step through Honda 90. It was one of Honda's first bikes, and is still made today. They have sold millions of them all over the world.
