I got a response in seconds when wanting to purchase a points kit for my 750. I have had no response when requesting customer servive for the unit that does not work. Does not seem like customer srevice to me. WTF???

I received your first Email regarding your problem on the 12th  at 8PM. You sent a second Email the next day at 4 PM. I responded on the 13th at 7 PM and tried calling you, but you were not available. I also sent an Email then to tell you I would get back to you today.

It's 7 AM here now and it's Saturday. I'm going to have another cup of coffee and call you again.
