ok I wrote the selection below first and then re read the post. I need some clarification. Does the bike run for a minute and then the light comes on, Or does the bike run for a minute before the light goes out? If its the light comes on I would first change the oil and test again. Be very cautious because if it is truly low oil pressure it wont be long before you trash the engine. If the issue continues after the oil change I would guess bearing issues. If its 1 minute for the light go out....see below.
the first time you start a bike that's been sitting I recommend pulling the plugs and squirting oil down the cylinders to protect the rings and keep from scoring the cylinder walls. Then crank the bike with the plugs out (easy cranking) until the oil pressure comes up. After sitting for extended time the oil will seep down to the sump leaving everything dry. It takes a bit to fill the engine and build pressure. I follow this procedure every spring. Depending on how long the oil sat I would think about replacing it anyway. If after the first time or so if the oil pressure doesn't come up right away you then have some other issue.
