Rough running 1979 CB750K

I have cleaned the carbs and put a new accelerator pump diagphram and the bike spits and sputters.(Some) If you leave the choke on the bike runs great......any suggestions ..short of leaving the choke on all the time Thank you

You'll need to pull the cards to clean the pilot jets, but before you do, can you give more detailsnon what you mean by cleaning and the cards?  How did you do it?  Just a soak, or did you meticulously clean every hole with a very thin wire following a car cleaning guide etc? If you did it right your pilot jet shouldn't still be plugged, unless you aren't running a fuel filter and you ran through some really bad gas.
