I highly recommend a speed balance of your front tire,I've changed rear tire along side of road with a real good used tire ,Lined up the green paint dot with the valve stem(what I've heard and seen over years) planed to have balanced never did and was great.
Mount the tire , air it up ,check pressure if same(sealed good / no holes) in morning take to shop for balance should cost 6-7 bucks basic balance. Is how I do mine now. I got 2 tire changing bars 21" from Harbor Freight for 7 bucks .make use of them.

City, I got my tires from West Hills Honda, just a mile or so from where you work.  They were extremely helpful with selection and fitted and balanced them for me.  I'm sure you could take your wheels there for balancing.

I live pretty close to the honda house. I'm sure they balance wheels there.
Do any of you know if Firestone has the stem dot on them... some brands use the bar-code as the stem position. But I'm not sure about firestones.

Have you ever been to South Hills Cycle? that guy rebuilds old bikes and sells them.  not show quality bikes, tho he does do that, but regular everyday rider type bikes. that place is great. Its a cool old ass shop. It's where I got my first bike from. i nearly wrecked it off the lot.

Thanks for the tip about South Hills Cycle.  I took a look at their website.  Think I will take a ride over there.  I want some paint work done this winter.  Maybe he's the guy to do it.
