Throttle cable problems

Kha
Throttle would stay at 2k when warms up. I've been reading about this issues online and would like to lube it first then adjust it after. I have removed the covers to get to the cables but I cant get it out of their holder. I don't want to break the plastic holder by forcing it so Im on here asking if anybody has any tips. If yall don't know what Im talking about, Ill take a pic of it tomorrow.

You need to remove at least one of the cables at the carb first.

Yup, remove them at the carb first to give enough cable slack to remove them from the twist. Good time to lube the bar under the twist.
