Tire size help

althezenman
I need some help determining if I can use Coker Fiirestones on my hardtailed bobber (formerly a 1982 CB750 Nighthawk). The Nighthawk has the solid "star" mags instead of the usual Comstar mags, along with different stock tire sizes than most DOHC CB750 bikes. I think using them with tubes will be fine but I can't figure out the correct size for the Cokers. This is what I want to do:

Stock Front is  120/90/18 and I want to use a 4.00/18 OR 4.50/18 Coker
Stock Rear is 140/70/16 and I want to use a 500/16 Coker

Does anyone know if there are issues with this swap?

Thanks

This should answer your questions about tire size. Since you have mag wheels, you will not need to use a tube.
