Total power loss 1977 cb750k7

I need some suggestions please. I am trying to get a bike running that has seen a lot of bad times. I was going through the electrical system because of several of the  turn signal lights not working. I saw that there was no  flasher unit so I connected a 3 pin flasher unit and .... BAM. No power at all now. Fuses have been tested as good. I've got no power of any kind. Did I kill something? where do I start?
Please help

Welcome. What you need to do is get a test light, and start tracing the circuit back to see/find where you lost power at. Some likely places are the connections at the back of the fuse block, starter solenoid, and ignition switch.
