Turn Signals (aftermarket)

Bobber0071
I put bullet style  turn lamps on my bike. when you hit left or right they do not blink. They are 12volt 10w. do I need to replace the flasher. They are a one wire set up. Grounds to the frame i am assuming. What do I do with the old ground I connect it to the blinker and nothing.  Any help would be great.

Got it figured out. A trip to autozone  and I figured it out. They prong flasher that operates in the range I needed bam I got blinkers. Just waiting on air pods and my headlight and fuel petcock and it will be all done.

Typing to fast last night. It is a two prong flasher that works  for modern blinkers.

The old stock flasher, which is mechanical, requires an electrical load to work properly. If it does not have this load, it will not flash.
If you put an electronic style flasher on, you do not need this load then.
