Washington (CNN) -- The parents of missing U.S. serviceman Bowe Bergdahl led the Rolling Thunder ride in Washington on Sunday, trailed by the roar of what was estimated to be hundreds of thousands of motorcycles.
The annual Memorial Day weekend ride, now in its 25th year, is held in remembrance of prisoners of war and those missing in action.
Bergdahl, a 26-year-old army sergeant, was captured in Afghanistan in 2009 after he finished his guard shift at a combat outpost in southeastern Paktika province.
"Bowe, your family has not forgotten you, your hometown has not forgotten you. Your state of Idaho has not forgotten you, and thanks to all of you here today, Washington D.C. has not forgotten you," his father, Robert Bergdahl, told a cheering crowd.

My dad did the Rolling Thunder ride again this year. I didn't go. :/

I drove back to Holland, finished up the fuel set-up on the Integra, then dropped off my motor at a friend's to have him put new bearings and rings into it, and see if there's any other issues. Found scoring on the bearings, not good.

Monday, rode 150 miles, losing an exhaust muffler slip-on on the way to my buddy's place. Worked on his Supra a bit, then rode back home. Then got a beer with my brother.

Was a rather fun, filled weekend.
Turbos, Hondas, 4-bangers, what could go wrong?

Had a family party Monday no riding for me though, I would of liked to but need new tires before I take on any long trips and 400  dollars is just not feasible at this time so the bike sits. I did use TOOLS 220 grit sandpaper, polish and corn starch tip though to shine up some parts on Sunday and they came out quit nice.
