I'm going to stick my neck out here and say "no". Reason being, look at the angle of the float bowls. They are very slanted, unlike the stock carbs that have float bowls that sit 90* to the slides. Those must be off a fairly modern engine where they mount the carbs high and on a steep angle. My thoughts, when you mount a carb like that on one of these older engines it is going to put the float chambers at a very odd angle that aren't designed to work with. You'd probably end up with either flooding issues or inability for the float chambers to fill.
