A friend bought a Bobbed XS 650 and brought it to me in the hopes that I would be able to straighten out all the shade tree work. I just rebuilt the formally rebuilt by the PO engine, that had the second rings in upside down, and a .030 ring gap. I have also rebuilt the rear brake, and now the wheel will actually turn. However now I am turning my attention to the wiring. Now I could wire up a CB 750 Bobber/chopper in my sleep, but am totally lost with the charging system on this bike. It has a component that looks like a solid state reg/rec, and two components that look like regulators. Any help in identifying these components, and finding which wiring diagram to use would be greatly appreciated.
