Nope its a 60's honda. Possibly a dream? Very rare and sought after bikes.

Hmm... I really thought it was a mid to late 60's YDS3C.

But I'm having a tough time w/o the block being there.

Need a better photo. Looks like a Yamaha twin YDS3C. As previously mentioned.
Oil tank, gas tank, and chain guard give it away.

Definitely not a Honda Dream. The Dream had a square headlight, square shocks, and an enclosed chain.

With the block there your troubles would just be starting.
To put new rods on the crank the crank has to be pressed apart and pressed back together
perfectly. Special V blocks and dial indicators. Rods were one piece.

BTW...Pre internet and Bike Bandit has no diagrams.
