carb kit

Where is the best and cheap carb kit for a 1980 750f ss ..A  budd yof mine  is going to pull my carb apart and he said that  he can just clean the hell out of them and I might not need a carb kit??  He thinks its my slow jet is all pluged up?? The bike cuts in and out and ides bad at times and Im having  a hard time going at stop lights ??  I use seafoam in it and maybe some dirt of rust broke lose and is in the carbs now. And i running lean in to of the carbs. Please HElp!!

Parts N More has them for $14. It just has the rubber parts and float needles (which you may not want to use if yours clean up nicely, aftermarket are not as good as the originals)

Here is a picture of one of the carbs. Look at the crap inside ans this is only one .  I need so far only pulled apart 2 carbs  and need cut of valves  wow they arent cheep any idea's where I cant get a set for a good price??

The air cut off valves can be blocked off with some rubber from an old tube. They help with emissions and blocking  them is common practice. However, I have not done that myself yet just going off what I've read.  There doesn't seem to be any adverse effects on performance and blocking them seems to help stop backfiring upon deceleration.  Anyway we are all on tight budgets so I thought I'd mention it so you can save a few $$.
