generator cover

now anyone know where (besides the 1 at a honda dealership in ohio) I can get the generator cover mine has a hole in it that I only noticed after I cleaned everything up honda told me like 100 plus shipping and they have exactly 1 in the us that is at a dealership (possible I can just jbweld it or something)

Jb welded and sealed nicely now I must figure why it will turn over and still not start *gets heavy rock to bang on head* any ideas? Completely fresh fluids new gas new fuel filter (no more holes that I can find) fixed the blower charged the battery (she has spark this I know) anyone got any ideas?
