I'm not sure what the differences in the carbs are between countries, but if you could give us the numbers stamped into the side of the carbs we could see if they match the ones sold in the Colonies. Also maybe you could find a different set of carbs to use. There was a guy on here not long ago that fitted a set of keyhole carbs off a 77-78 K model on his DOHC.
