Not the same tires, but the Sportster 48 has tires just like this. They are dunlops, you can google sportster 48 tires. They the tread isn't as nobby and has the bike you show, which looks like an older style military tire.

If it were me I'd go big or go home with this one -->

120 is usually the Max of what'll fit in the swingarm. The later model bikes, 77 & 78 will hold a 130 without trimming anything. A 110 is about the widest that'll fit the front tire correctly, but you could probably squeeze a 120 on. Not sure if its a good idea or not. Those black rims really help the tire look fat.

That thing looks like what the new Batman would have driven in the 70's just because of those tires

I think those are the old style Firestones sold by Coker Tire. Also they are 16".

That is not the stock Honda front hub. It is a Yamaha 650 hub I believe.

I thought it was a drilled Honda 350 hub.

I'm pretty sure the standard cb rims pre-77 are 18", though... So will they fit? I'm looking for something similar for my 750 k3 and my knowledge on the subject is lacking to say the least.

The info is out there and isn't too hard to find.
On the pre77 bikes, rear is 18 inches/ front is 19. But it is the width of the rim that matters most. On the pre77, you MAY be able to stuff a 150 tire in there. The 77/78 have a wider swingarm and a 150 will fit. On the front, things are a little more complicated.

There is only so much room under the fender and you do NOT want to go without a fender brace on these bikes. Also, the rim is more narrow, meaning it can't support as large a tire. If you look at the example at the top, you'll see the rims are about the same size. They took the hub from the stock rim, and laced it to a shorter, wider rim to fit a wider tire. Even so, you still can only go so big in order to fit between the forks.

One thing to remember though, the bike will not handle any better. In fact, it will likely be less responsive. Big tires are for show, not for go.
The ride IS the adventure. The destination is just to get gas!

Thank you. This was more or less what I found out by myself, but as far as the retro-looking 150s I can find, they're only made for 16" rims. Those won't fit on my 18" rear, right? I'm only looking to change the rear tire..

In order to get those fat retro looking tires, you are going to have to switch to 16" wheels.
