Thanks Lucky1. The alternator is on the right side, yes. That's not where the oil leak is, though. It's in the pulser generator, which is on the left side.
The rubber gasket sits along the edges of the open chamber shown in the picture (right where you'd put the cover back on). Opening up this cover (as is shown in the picture) is where I found some oil previous. I don't think there should be oil here, hence the leak, but I'm looking for confirmation for anyone who's opened this up before.
The paper gasket sits behind where is shown in this picture. I'm assuming that when I unscrew the interface shown in the picture to access the gasket, I would be accessing the engine, oil would pour out, and thus I'll need to drain the oil from the engine first. But I'm also looking for confirmation on this...
