leak down test question

seestheday
So I did the leak down test using he home made test and put about 40psi into the cylinder when it was at tdc. The carb, exhaust and oil filler plug were off.

After putting in the air, I could hear a slight hissing, but it was loudest at the top of the engine, where I was putting the air in. Quiet at the exhaust, quiet at the carbs, quiet at the oil filler plug.

I'm assuming that this means that my valves and rings are probably in good shape, hoping to hear confirmation of that.

That's a good sign.

When we did my sons bike,we could hear it thru a couple carbs and the exhaust.
