Put on the forks with the black lowers, then you can use the dual disk front. You will want to get a stronger master though if you still have the stock K master. The back end should be easy enough to mount, just check out the manual for the 78 k/f and you should figure it out easy enough. Toughest part will be mounting the rear caliper, may want to find an f2/3 swingarm.

Looking good so far but I get the money part. Takes me forever to get something for my ride it seems.
The ride IS the adventure. The destination is just to get gas!

Looks good to me, but your front wheel is on backwards. The disc should be on the left. I am thinking on your wheel swap you are having a problem with the wheel spacers. I just did a dual disc conversion on the Toolmatic, and I used the stock master cylinder, and have not had any problems. I can even make the tire squeal. I did use braided stainless steel break lines though.

also this actually isnt a wheel swap my bike is a F model. whoever the PO was had the single disk spoke wheels on. so the back wheel should fit the swing arm i hope, havent even attempted yet i hit a brick wall with the front wheel.

Looks great! For me the stock rear brake looks classy. Polish it up and go with it.

As some and I,say /noticing top trees look wider, simply measure it,And yes the one's with blk lower legs are your S S,like mine,"k"will not fit this year "F",but Wing parts will, using an "80"Wing myself peace by peace, could of got the whole bike(300)but short on bike funds Ya-no,You need me to check A measurement with my bike let me know,.....You will need 2 "f" or some years Wing calipers, look at the bolt patterns,"O" get the bolts also will need to cut them down(length)..Happy wrenching ...Piute N Judose
