Hold on.I'm dumb. No EXTRA spacers came with the new front wheel. My comstar had a spacer between the fork leg and the hub on the non-rotor side.Is that the right hand side???Fit up inside the seal on both wheels.Didn't inspect the wire wheel real close just ushed it up in the seal real quick to help remember where it came from.No spacers at all on the rotor/speedo drive side. Thanks for helping me out here.I am so lost

The DOHC C models have a 16 inch comstar. I have a set off a C I am thinking of using on the Bob-a-matic.

TA DAAAH! Brakes!!! I forgot about this monster in the backyard. My Dad built this beast in '77.VW rear section with a cb750 front end.I robbed the parts i needed to get my front brakes going.Sorry Pops But as usual i still have questions. My rotor off my comstar was 10 13/16" across and the one off pops trike is 11 5/8".Will it work? Found some pics off my dads old junk
This sucka has some long forks!Mine have 15" of tube out of the fork bottoms, these measure 25!Gotta ask pops about them
Dads last honda.Mom got him this for his b-day.1976 cb750 four.Sold it with 357 miles on it.Crappy pic,but you can see trike behind it being started
Dads trike w/out motor. My aunt wanda checking the fit.See those long forks?!Sorry Pops, but i wanna chopper
Here is my comstar rotor lying on top of the "new" one
Am i missing anything.Spacer im pointing at is one out of spoke wheel other out of comstar.Don't see why there would be a difference???Also my speedo drive is very hard to turn, anything i can do about it?

Everything is real dirty.Haven't put it back in the forks yet to see where it hits.I'm guessing this rotor is stainless steel?Ever tried to drill one.I like the look of the drilled rotors, wonder if it takes a special bit, though. All them ol' Chevys are heavy! You know my Impala weighs 4500 lbs with me in it?All that weight equals one smooth ride

That HD has to be pre 69. Upon closer inspection (I thought the engine/crash guard was the exhaust pipe) it is a 69, or later. It has an alternator. That is when they went to the alternator case.
Just use all the spacers that came out of the spoke wheel. Also try PB Blaster on the speedo drive, or maybe, you could are wrestle Piute, for the one I just sent him Check this wheel out. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQ_trksidZp3984Q2em1555Q2el2649QQitemZ300588133672QQsspagenameZSTRKQ3aMESELXQ3aITTOOLS

HAHA I'll let her know you like them! Before my Pops got his Honda and was riding Triumphs, him and two buddy's took a trip to the beach on their bikes. One Triumph, one Sporster and a BSA.Dave,on the Sporty, told Dad he needed to clean his Triumph where the chain had slung oil all over the bike.Said his bike being dirty made them all look bad.It was Pops' only form of transportation at the time.Few miles later the H-D lost spark. He got pulled from Myrtle Beach back to Roanoke VA,on a rope, behind a dirty little 'limey".All the while getting oil slung on him

Myrtle Beach in the 70's. How COOL? Shaggin at The Pavilion. Long before Myrtle Beach became the worlds largest ash tray, and medical wast dump.
