hi all just wanted to say hello to other owners     i got a cb750c from 1981 i think its a jap import as the speedo is in kmph and the rear brake is a disc it low miles and ive altered it a fair bit over the last 3 years  i will take a recent pic of it and try and put it on here tomorrow (too dark now in england ) i have had a few problems since owning it and have cured em except 1 - it goes through a lot of spark plugs , say a new set every 700 - 1000 miles i think it because i dont use it often enough as like i said i been tinkering with it for 3 years anyone got any other ideas    cheers for now steve

Steve, what brand of plugs are you using and what do they look like when you pull them out? Are they oil or gas fouled?    Paul

hi i use ngk d8ea now was using dr8es-l only done 200miles on them and it runs great i am going to a custom show / rally on it in 3 weeks which is 350mile round trip so ill see how they hold up after that the plugs i take out 2 look normal and dry other 2 are wet and darker   a friend said it because it not run enough and when turned off 2 exhaust valves will be open and they get damp he also said add this to the fact that battery was on last legs hence it was hard to start (usually start on 2 then other 2 kick in as it warms up but with the new battery on it starts on 4 now - but it is summer time now ) dont know if hes right but i will see how it pans out
