newbie question: difference between the F, C and the K models?

Hi All...newbie here...but what is the actual difference between the F, C, and the K models for the year of 1980?  I just picked up a 1980 CB750F and it needs a little TLC, but nice bike, with 27000 km's on it.  Looking forward to the learning curve from you veterans.

You know that is a good question and i hope some one can give a better answer.When i looked them all up i got the same page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Honda_CB750 .I think the motors are basicly the same but the style are the big difference.I have only worked on the k and know it was for the dad to take the mom out for a ride.

C was Custom, F was Sport & K was Standard
