Hey guys, new to the site just thought I'd intro myself. I'm from the Boston area and earlier this spring i picked up a 74 CB450 to restore / cafe racer / modify. For now i just wanted to get her running well and just ride for the summer and then strip it all down to the frame during the off season. Been a lot of fun so far, but damn these things are finicky! rebuilt the carbs, the starter clutch, front brake system, replaced the starter coils, battery, clutch lever and cable, master cylinder, throttle cable, right side controls, set the timing, oil change, etc. did alot of rewiring to get everything road worthy and man she rips like a raped ape! such a fun ride. still alot to do and looking forward to the mods later on.

Peace

Nice bike! For the plugs, you can use iridiums for better performance.
