Picked up this gear thinking it would fit but having 2nd thoughts will be out to check/replace ,when/if it cools off.It is a gear from LeMans witch I think is sister to Parts Unlimited ,

Old package says;

                         Item# K22-2502X
                         C/S SPROCKET

                         HON 630 15T

i went to Parts Unlimited sight  http://www.parts-unlimited.com/products/?lfr=product%2F84093%2Fpart%2FK222502W
Didn't get no straight/for sure fit from sight ,have lots to do tonight and morn, this will save me time from removing and possibly having to put back together stk...N Stk. S........

Re: HELP.."K"630 15T fit/replace "F" 630 14T

Piute
Posting results from my swap of 14t to 15t ,
Never had a working speedo, But bike with stk.14-43 gears was loud and r's were high to me at just going 70m.p.h.(my best guess) to work at aprox.7k r.p.m's.

                                               WITH 15 T front gear--43 stk. rear
6k at 73 at 1st when just jumping on interstate, took bike to 90m.p.h. held for 5min.Then drooped back to 80m.p.h.(came up on coworker N his bike) bike held 80m.p.h.at 6400r.p.m.,Then took it up to 90's(passing semi's)Hit exit,55 speed zone at 55m.p.h. 4th gear at 6k. now this was 1st time testing and chain seemed loose when parked, doing this same routine rest of week to get gas mileage and accurate numbers.

I have a 16T on the way ,So will put all together real proper like

" UP DATE "630 15T fit/replace "F" 630 14T,TRYED 16T

Piute

                                                 O.K.
Tryed the 16T and like it,For the way I would like to run the bike "IF"I didn't have to use it for main trans-po,
                     5th gear TACH at 5k(16T) gives me 70m.p.h.with 15T at 5k get 65m.p.h.,
Having fun carving curves in the Ozarks the 15T gets my vote ,don't even need 5th gear 3rd and 4th through out all these curves(never in RED) the past month has been great,
16T would be great if I stuck to the Interstate (it's close but,DON"T LIKE)other hwy at 70m.p.h. is great for me.(posted 60m.p.h. though).
New front tire here to day

Hey guys, I am planning on taking a ride down to Eureka Springs on the 28th. I will leave in the morning probably around 9:30ish and head down there. I will probably grab lunch and walk around a bit. Then head home after that.
Post up here if interested. Josh
