Would disagree strongly with that. This has to do w/ the API cert. Energy conserving=contains friction modifying additaves=bad for wet clutch. Other than that I would agree there's not much difference. I do prefer synthetic, and my favorite for a wet clutch bike is rotella. Made for diesels, and designed to keep lots of stuff in suspension which IMO is great for a wet clutch app. It's cheap, and comes in a big bottle. ;)
