wiring harness 78 f

Is there much of a difference between a k and and f on the wiring harness for 78? Vintage supply only offers the k harness and I want to know if I can use it on my super sport.

   I just gave it a quick peak in the Clymer and look like the horn is diff cause "K" may have only 1 horn as are "F"s have 2,I do know that your "78" is the same as my "77"cause when I was looking fo new ,seemed a lot of places had them but bigg $  diff.
