There are also some good articles there.  I just quickly read the group riding one.  I've been out for a few group rides with guys I don't know and it really gets on my nerves when people don't know what they're doing.

Having the leader riding on the right when there isn't a need to, riding single file for no reason, riding right fricking beside me in the same lane (I don't think there is ever a good reason for this).

That's why I do not like to ride in a group, but lets not forget the guy who weaves in, and out passing to change position all the time. That guy needs to be SHOT!!!!!!
